Becca Graves
Executive Director

Becca oversees CF Insights, the division of FSG that provides a knowledge platform and benchmarking resources for the community foundation field. Formerly a Managing Director at FSG, Becca also leads FSG’s Community-Based Philanthropy focus area, where she helps community leaders and community philanthropists on issues of strategy, evaluation, and program development related to specific communities. She has more than 10 years of consulting experience and since 2001 has led a wide range of strategy development and evaluation projects for FSG, with a particular focus on geographically-targeted or place-based private and community foundations. In addition, she has worked extensively with community foundations and was a primary architect of FSG’s community foundation sustainability research and tools for the field.

Prior to joining FSG, Becca was a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where she worked with corporate, nonprofit, and government clients. She also served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer at Wellspring House, Inc., a community-based organization operating programs to address family homelessness.

Becca holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in Economics and Applied Mathematics.

Melissa Scott
Program Manager

Melissa Scott brings marketing analytics and consulting experience to the growing CF Insights team. Prior to joining CF Insights, Melissa excelled as a senior consultant at Marketing and Planning Systems (MaPS), where she designed and managed primary market research projects for Fortune 100 clients that delivered analysis and insights to senior management. Her interest in non-profit work was sparked by several projects she was involved in while at Bentley College, including her senior thesis that evaluated the components of a Fortune 100 Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Melissa holds an M.S. in Marketing Analytics and a B.S. in Marketing, both from Bentley College. She also loves to travel and spent a semester abroad at the European Business School in London, England.

Diana Cook
Operations Specialist

Diana brings knowledge management, secondary research and training experience to the CF Insights team. Most recently, Diana worked at a Boston-based research and consulting firm in knowledge management. As a member of the start-up group, she provided resources for analysts and consultants, conducted professional development trainings, managed the company intranet and disseminated firm and field-wide best practices within the organization. Diana also worked at Simmons School of Management and Tufts University.

Diana holds a Master’s in Library Science from Simmons College and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Framingham State College.

Hollie Marston
Senior Analyst

Hollie brings research and management experience to the CF Insights team. Most recently, Hollie worked at KLD Research & Analytics, a Boston-based social investment research firm. As a Research Analyst and Assistant Director of Research, she conducted research on the environmental, social, and governance performance of publicly traded companies, conducted data quality assessments, developed research methodology processes and systems, and managed a team of 20 analysts.

Hollie holds a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University and a B.A. in Social Thought and Political Economy and Women’s Studies from UMass Amherst.

Jack Hopkins
Senior Advisor

Jack Hopkins, founder of Jack Hopkins Consulting Services, serves as a Senior Advisor to FSG Social Impact Advisors. The former President/CEO of the Kalamazoo Community Foundation with twenty-five years at the Community Foundation, previously served as president of Nazareth College, Michigan and chaired the Communication Department of Hope College, Michigan. Throughout his professional career he has worked with non-profit and foundation boards; presented at numerous philanthropic, educational and community and economic development conferences; consulted with community foundations throughout the U.S. and with small and international businesses and authored numerous professional articles.
